A satyr playing dancing and playing pan pipes greets you at the entrance to Pan's garden. A path in the middle of the forest leads into the garden through the gate, a circular stone portal. All around, sunlight cuts through the leaves and brings out the bright colors of the woods.
Pan was the Greek and Roman god of the wilderness as well as shepherds and their flocks and, sometimes, fertility as well as theatrical criticism. He appears as a goat legged and horned satyr and usually carries a set of pipes. Depending on the myth, he is the son of Hermes, Zeus, or Dionysus.
From the artist: Originally, I had made this as purely a nature scene of a path through a forest. I like it, but it needed more, so I added the stone portal to give a bit of a sense of mystery to the scene. When I saw it though, I though it would be the perfect frame for a character. I tried a few different animals and people, but the dancing Pan was the one that seemed to fit this scene the best.

This print (fulfilled by Printful) has a partly glossy, partly matte finish and it'll add a touch of sophistication to any room.
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Considerations:
• Prints may seem a bit darker than what you see on the screen as the print is not illuminated the way a computer monitor is.
• Depending on the size selected, some cropping may occur.
• The print is unframed and will be shipped rolled in a tube.
• Because the print is created on demand, I do not accept returns; however, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will work with you to remedy any issues.
