In a snowy landscape, a Palomino coated horse walks over a hill covered in snow and dry grass. A few trees rise into the overcast sky in the background. As a winter storm begins, snow starts to fall and a wind blows through the horse's mane and tail.
A Palomino is a specific coloration of horse distinguished by its gold coat and white or cream mane and tail. The exact shade of gold can vary widely, from light to dark, and often depends on factors like the horse's diet and exposure to sunlight. However, the distinctive golden body with lighter mane and tail is typically the hallmark of the Palomino. It is not a breed of horse, but rather a color that can occur in many different breeds. The most common breeds with this coloration include the Quarter Horse, the Tennessee Walking Horse, the Morgan Horse, and the Andalusian. There are registries that specifically track Palomino horses, such as the Palomino Horse Association and the Palomino Horse Breeders of America. These groups have slightly different definitions of what constitutes a Palomino, often including additional criteria such as conformation and size.
From the artist: This is my first image to feature a Palomino. It's actually one I get a lot of requests for, second probably behind Appaloosas. It's a nice coat and I like the way it stands out against the white of the snow in this scene.
Thanks for looking!

This print (fulfilled by Printful) has a partly glossy, partly matte finish and it'll add a touch of sophistication to any room.
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Considerations:
• Prints may seem a bit darker than what you see on the screen as the print is not illuminated the way a computer monitor is.
• Depending on the size selected, some cropping may occur.
• The print is unframed and will be shipped rolled in a tube.
• Because the print is created on demand, I do not accept returns; however, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will work with you to remedy any issues.
